Regulations are approved of by the Ontario government after public consultation and review by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. CCO is authorized to make regulations by section 95(1) of the Health Professions Procedural Code (“Code”), which is Schedule 2 to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991.
Legislation and Ethics Examination
CCO has scheduled an online sitting of the Legislation and Ethics Examination for October 24, 2024. The deadline to apply for this examination is October 8, 2024. Due to the online delivery of the examination, candidates should make themselves available for the entire day. Please complete the application form – October 24, 2024 and submit it to Ms Madeline Cheng, Registration Coordinator to apply for the examination.
